Most graduate programs talk about "access to leadership." At AGLK, it’s our literal floor plan. Our senior leaders and directors sit right alongside the team. No walls. No partitions.

There is no gatekeeping or red tape. If you have a question about a calculation, a career move, or a complex project hurdle, you walk over and ask.

We value momentum and hands-on experience. Instead of spending your first year on repetitive administration, you’ll gain broad, practical exposure to diverse, live projects from your very first week.

We aren't just engineers; we are strategic partners for our clients. You’ll learn how to connect technical detail with commercial reality.
We’ve designed our two-year Graduate Program to be as flexible as the buildings we engineer.
Want to experience all of what AGLK has to offer? We offer the flexibility for you to rotate across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and Technology systems.
Already found your passion? You are welcome to select your discipline and dive deep into that specific service from the start.
Ready to step up? We build future industry leaders through direct mentoring, business exposure, and strategic responsibility early in your career.
At AGLK, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines. You’ll contribute to live projects, engage with clients, and see your work come to life, building confidence, capability, and real engineering outcomes.
Our "No Red Tape" culture means you can grab a director at any time to discuss projects, challenges or opportunities.
You’ll have a dedicated hour with a Director every 4 weeks for the first 6 months. Following that, we meet every 8 weeks until you finish the program to ensure your trajectory is on track.
Learn in the moment, not after the fact. Work side-by-side with experienced engineers who guide you through live challenges, reviewing your work, sharpening your thinking, and accelerating your development on real projects.
We invest in where you’re going.Your mentors don’t just advise, they actively support your growth, helping you navigate opportunities, build your strengths, and shape a career path that aligns with your ambitions.
Make an impact from day one. Work side-by-side with senior engineers and directors on live projects, contributing to real outcomes, not just internal tasks.
Find your voice early. Step into client and site meetings, contribute to discussions, and build the confidence to communicate like a professional.
Be part of something you help build. Get involved in AGLK’s social and cultural initiatives, contributing to the energy, identity, and direction of the team.
Build connections that matter. Engage with industry professionals through conferences, events, and project exposure, developing relationships that support your career long-term.
Engineering is for communities, so our team reflects the communities we serve. AGLK is a proudly multicultural firm, bringing together diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to solve complex Australian challenges.
Many of our people have worked internationally, contributing fresh thinking and global insight to local projects. This diversity strengthens how we collaborate, innovate, and deliver outcomes.
We celebrate this culture in meaningful ways, through team-led cultural events, shared experiences, and the everyday connections that come from working in a genuinely inclusive environment, both in and out of the office.
Meet the next generation of engineers shaping a collaborative, high-performing, and future-focused AGLK.
We look for the bright minds who want to redefine the industry.

You have a genuine interest in emerging technologies like AI or data analytics, and an eagerness to explore how they can improve the way engineering is delivered.
Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam is advantageous, but not essential - we’ll support you in developing AGLK’s standard of professional delivery.
You bring a proactive attitude, embrace challenges, and are committed to continuous improvement, both technically and professionally.
